As a life coach & advisor to artists, performers and creatives, I’ve developed a 3 week workshop to help people connect with their creativity using a powerful technique called active imagination
Whether you want to explore painting, writing, dancing, pottery, music, etc., this workshop will open the door and get you started!
Active imagination was developed by Carl Jung and is the forerunner of what we know today as the creative arts therapies.
It can be used for vitality, self-development, healing, imagination and - last but not least - play!
If you’ve ever needed a nudge to dive in and start exploring your creativity and imagination - this is it!
With this offering you will get:
1) 3 weekly group sessions (75 mins each) - to learn about what active imagination is and how to use it to connect to your creativity.
2) A 55 min 1:1 session with me (a $175 value) to support your process in using this technique.
3) The support of a group to encourage and walk alongside you during the course.
We will meet 3 Monday nights in April: the 5th, the 12th and the 19th from 5:30pm-6:45pm PDT on Zoom.
All group sessions will be recorded and sent via email - so you will get the full experience even if you cannot attend all of the sessions!
The 1:1 session will be scheduled separately via email.
